Our Story
Redefining Coastal Air Mobility
We design modular floating hydroports that connect remote coasts to cities, health, education and commerce—safely, quickly, and with a light footprint. One turnkey partner, from concept to certified operations.
Our Values
Guiding Terciel’s every decision, our values steer both innovation and impact. They ensure that our hydroports don’t just float—they serve, connect and sustain.
Coastal access should be fair. Our sites unlock medical evacuations, schooling and local trade while strengthening regional links.
Safety & certification
Built around ICAO/IMO standards and an operational manual approach (WAOM/SMS) for step-by-step certification.
Sustainable by design
Floating, demountable modules; minimal seabed anchoring; renewable integration—lower impact from day one.
Intermodal thinking
Each hydroport is a true hub—linking sea, air and land to streamline passenger & cargo flows.
Innovation in operations
Autonomous buoy-drones create dynamic landing zones with real-time metocean data for safer approaches—a world first.
Local value & jobs
Flexible financing blends public service with commercial activity to sustain sites and create local employment.
Meet The Team
We’re a multidisciplinary team of aviation, maritime and infrastructure leaders building the next generation of water airports—born in New Caledonia, working across ASEAN.
Hervé is an aeronautics professional and former shipowner who leads Terciel full-time, driving the company’s transition into a structured, growth-ready organization. He’s coordinating new technology scoping and the creation of a tight, execution-focused team with the right financing to scale.
